I had the best service experience since I have owned a car. Toyota on Western is the best. I recently bought a new highlander from another Toyota dealer,River Oaks (BIG MISTAKE!) the salesman deceived me to the point of tear; making promises he did not keep. Putting an after marrket sytem in my car I did not want, and then wanted to charge me to remove it. I went to Toyota on Western and the Service Manager was great...he assured me he would fix the problem and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Toyota on Western has me as a customer for life. Thank You Keth Richardson for going the extra mile.
